The AI-First Index report is a digital product that is personalized and generated for you on demand. Because the report is delivered electronically and cannot be returned, the following policy applies.
All Sales Are Final
Once your report has been generated and made available to you, the purchase is final and is generally not eligible for a refund. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately after generation.
Technical Issues & Non-Delivery
We want you to receive what you paid for. If you were charged but did not receive access to your report, or you experienced a technical failure that prevented delivery, contact us and we will work to deliver your report or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
How to Request Help
Email support@alliekmiller.com within a reasonable time of your purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. We review each request individually and aim to respond promptly.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any issue directly — it is almost always faster.
